While I attempt to be experimental with these pages, I guess I should write something worth reading right about...here.... or later on down the track :)
I love comedy. A round of applause to all the playwrites and actors, stand up comedians for shaping the humor of their patrons. A job well done for spreading this humor over the span of so many hundreds of years!
My absolutest favouritest author's in this genre is Roald Dahl. He was a British writer of Norwegian descent, whose writing or plot could come easily into fruition. To date, I know of two films which were produced from his book "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" and "James and the Giant Peach".
Sadly, Dahl passed away in the early 90s. His life story however can be traced from his autobiographies "Boy" and "Going Solo".In an epic like manner, "Boy" is a recollection of his earlier life while "Going Solo" is the tale of the author as a young man.
So if you do get the chance, a read of his books is definately recommended!
